Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation and refund terms for tours and treks booked with Toubkal Maroc.

1. Booking and confirmation

Every booking is confirmed by email once we receive your request and, where applicable, the deposit. The price includes the services listed on the tour page.

2. Payment

Payment is usually made on site unless stated otherwise at the time of booking. A deposit may be requested to secure your dates.

3. Cancellation by the customer

If you cancel, the following terms apply:

• More than 7 days before departure: full refund.
• Between 7 days and 48 hours before departure: 50% refund.
• Less than 48 hours before departure: no refund.
• No-show: no refund.

4. Cancellation by Toubkal Maroc

If we cancel for safety or weather reasons, we offer you a rescheduled date or a full refund.

5. Date changes

Any request to change your dates is subject to availability and should be sent to us as early as possible.

6. Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days after approval.
