These terms govern bookings of tours, treks and travel services with Toubkal Maroc.

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to any booking made with Toubkal Maroc through this website.

2. Booking and confirmation

Every booking is confirmed by email once we receive your request and, where applicable, the deposit. Availability is subject to confirmation.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each tour page. Payment is usually made on site unless stated otherwise. A deposit may be requested to secure your dates.

4. Cancellation and refund

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Customer obligations

The customer agrees to provide accurate information, follow safety instructions, be physically fit for the chosen tour and hold suitable travel insurance.

6. Liability

Toubkal Maroc cannot be held liable for delays, losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control (weather, force majeure, administrative decisions).

7. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure, Toubkal Maroc reserves the right to modify or cancel a service, with rescheduling or refund under the stated conditions.

8. Complaints

Any complaint should be sent to [email protected] as soon as possible.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Marrakech.
